We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item is returned in its original packaging, including tags and labels.
The return is requested within 14 calendar days of receiving the item (in compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive and Ukrainian consumer laws).
The following items cannot be returned:
Customized or personalized items.
Gift cards.
Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable.”
To initiate a return:

Include proof of purchase (order number and receipt) and a description of the issue.
Ship the item back to our return address, which will be provided upon return authorization.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
The returned item has been inspected and meets the return eligibility criteria.
The refund request is submitted within the allowed return period (14 days from the date of delivery).
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval status within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item was purchased with a discount, the refund will be limited to the discounted price.
We offer exchanges for items that meet the return eligibility criteria. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the desired replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at zamkova13@icloud.com or +38 (097) 798 53 71. Provide a description of the issue and include photos, if possible. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
Orders can be canceled before shipment. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible atzamkova13@icloud.com or +38 (097) 798 53 71. If the order has already been shipped, you may still return the item after delivery in accordance with this policy.
